New Sound Chamber Design Boosts Output for Transducer's USA Audio Alerts
Transducers USA, Elk Grove Village, IL announced today that the renowned Helmholz sound chamber is now incorporated in their TRTP-42 Piezo Audio Alert alarms.
The problem of a suitable audio device for use in particularly noisy environments is alleviated as Transducers USA matched a piezo ceramic diaphragm into their newly designed sound chamber. Their series TRTP-42 Audio, producing a sound output level in excess of 110dbA, is specifically designed for those situations. The units are furnished in a round PC mounted case of 42 mm diameter only 15mm in height.
Output frequency for this new Transducers series with the Helmholz sound chamber has a range of from 2900 to 3800 Hz depending on each unit's ceramic bender configuration. Operating voltage is 8 - 16vdc peak to peak. Shell material is PA-66 plastic furnished in black as the standard color.
