NEW! Rotary Union with Integrated Leakage Sensor

Advanced Machine & Engineering Co. (AME) Rockford, IL announces two new products from Ott-Jakob

Designed like the Ott-Jakob type GD rotary union with permanently sealed surfaces, this newly developed rotary union also offers an integrated sensor that monitors leakage. The new rotary union with leakage sensor, along with our analog position monitoring sensor, offers you constant control of your clamping system, preventing costly damages to your clamping system or spindle. Maximum RPM: 36,000; maximum coolant pressure: 80 bar; cleaning air maximum: 10 bar; maximum air pressure (after confirmation): 5 bar; filter porosity: <50.

NEW! SST 60 Static Clamping System

You can expect Ott-Jakob's years of experience in HSK-Clamping Technology to be integrated into the new SST 60 Static Clamping System. Simple and compact, it offers high retention forces and exact position clamping of mechanical components like pallets or workpieces. Its compact design allows for applications in small spaces. Simple to handle, easy to clean and you can reduce your set-up times to a minimum and save costs. Attachment options include: fixed, one-direction free (during positioning; before clamping); two directions (during positioning; before clamping). Clamping force: 18kN; clamping pressure: 80 bar; release pressure: 50 bar; cleaning air maximum: 10 bar.
