New RF Transistor and Power Modules Guide from Integra

Integra's new product guide is a clean and easy to use brochure detailing their extensive line of RF power devices, including RF Power Transistors for new and legacy designs, 50-ohm RF Power Transistors, and integrated RF Power Modules (aka pallets).

Their most recent product releases include: model IGT5259CW25 ― a 50-ohm matched RF Power Transistor that operates at 5.2 – 5.9 GHz of instantaneous operating frequency range with a minimum of 25 W of output power and 36V drain bias. It features 12 dB of gain, and 48% efficiency at CW conditions. (Other models offer 50 W at similar frequencies.) IGNP0912L1KW is a 50-ohm matched GaN-based high power pulsed RF Power Module (aka pallet) for L- band avionics systems operating over the instantaneous bandwidth of 0.960 - 1.215 GHz. This integrated amplifier module supplies a minimum of 1000 W of peak pulse power, under the conditions of 2.5 ms pulse width and 20% duty cycle. This module is ideal for Class AB operation with excellent thermal stability. IGNP1214M1KW-GPS is a single-supply 50-ohm matched GaN-based pulsed RF Power Module for L-band radar systems, operating in the 1.20 - 1.40 GHz instantaneous frequency band. This module supplies a minimum of 1000 W of peak pulsed output power under the conditions of 300 us pulse width and 10% duty cycle. It contains bias sequencing and RF-activated gate biasing circuitry to simplify system integration. All units are 100% screened for large signal RF parameters.
