New Phoenix Contact Website Provides Easier Navigation, More Personal Experience
Phoenix Contact has launched a new website. Visitors to the new www.phoenixcontact.com will find easier navigation, clearer product categories, intuitive search and a more personal experience.
The homepage highlights new products, upcoming events and other current information, with links to information about the company, its products and services. The improved search field suggests matching results as the user begins typing. Numerous filter items refine results.
An easy-to-follow navigation menu makes it easy to find product information using common industry terms. The user can also access an A-to-Z product list, featuring all product categories along with common synonyms, from any page on the site. For those accustomed to Phoenix Contact's product lines, the Products tab still includes links to the traditional catalog names.
The specific product pages contain all important details, such as technical data, approvals and accessories related to the product. Customers can select products they're interested in to get a side-by-side comparison or check the availability at a local distributor. They can also access downloads such as software and technical documents either directly through the product page, or through the Service and Support tab.

o A Wish List: Submit inquiries about products
o My Phoenix Contact: Sign in to this personal space to save wish lists, product comparisons and get access to certain downloads
"This new site was designed based on extensive feedback from customers. We know that some customers had a hard time finding what they were looking for on our old site," said Lou Grice, Vice President of Marketing Communications and Customer Care. "Based on those suggestions, we've created a new portal that will help our customers do their jobs better. It's just another tool in our service toolbox so that customers find the information they need, whenever they need it."
