New Mydata MX200LX Surface Placement Machine
EMS Technologies, Inc. announces another addition to the production floor. Mydata’s latest surface mount placement machine, the MY200LX.
EMS first got into surface mount back in 1985 with Quad placement machines, but soon decided to migrate to the very accurate and durable Mydata machines, which comfortably place 0402 components, or 1,152 pin BGAs. In December of 2014 we acquired the latest MY200LX, which utilizes older version feeder interchangeably with the new feeders. It has increased our capacity and chip speed to 13,800 CPH Net throughput, and our Fine Pitch net throughput to 3,200 CPH.
