New Cold Foil Printable Facestock Films Launch at LabelExpo Europe
Hall A, Stand A05 - Innovia Films will be launching their latest development in coating technology at LabelExpo Europe 2013 in Brussels this September; UltraFoil.
These new top coated facestock films combine not only the die-cutting, dispensability and optics associated with BOPP label films, but also enhanced cold foil and superior fine tone printing performance.
Richard Southward, Market Development Manager - Labels, explained: "Innovia's UltraFoil facestock films offer designers and brand owners more options for intricate eye catching graphics. Label printers will appreciate the films' on-press performance with wide ink, process and foiling compatibility. These films are ideal for labelling rigid or semi-squeezable containers."
UltraFoil films have been developed to meet customer demand for labelling products that have cold foil decoration requirements. As printing, conversion and decoration techniques become more advanced, it is important to offer a product that can mirror these trends and support aesthetic appearance, intricate images and fonts. UltraFoil films have been designed to run on press at normal speeds without loss of efficiency.
Compatible with a wide range of cold foil adhesives, UltraFoil films are also suitable for use with both silver and coloured foils. The new films are available in clear, UltraFoil CFA and white variants, UltraFoil WFA.
