The new "ARC-POWER 15" technology provides timing belt characteristics, outperforming conventional timing belts due to its design and features.
The unique "ARC-POWER 15" timing belt technology allows design engineers to accomplish most precise and best performing belt drive designs. In comparison with the ARC-POWER 10, the "ARC-POWER 15" is a heavy duty design with increased tooth shear strength and increased tensile strength.
The "ARC-POWER 15" technology represents a stiffer belt construction based on the approximately 30% higher steel content combined with the enlarged tooth pitch. These belts are designed for high accuracy at heavy duty linear drives and power transmission application.
The "ARC-POWER 15" catalog combines the BAT 15 und BATK 15 belt and pulley versions.
Advantages and characteristics of the new "ARC-POWER 15" belts and pulleys are addressed. The catalog includes further tabulations about the different timing belt versions, the tensile loud, specific tooth shear strength, minimum number of pulley teeth and Nylon facing options including formulas to calculate belt width, load ratings and number of teeth in mesh.
