New Appointment Enhances Green Glue Applications


Granville, NY - Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics (SGPPL) today announced a new appointment to the position of Business Development Manager, Acoustics for the company's innovative Green Glue Noiseproofing technologies.

Adam Burnett will be responsible for the production of the Green Glue Noiseproofing System and developing new applications for its technologies. In this position, he will enhance Saint-Gobain's distribution channels to ensure that more people can easily access and experience the benefits of Green Glue.

"The new appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to ensuring that the Green Glue Noiseproofing System is easily available to new and existing customers around the world," said Mark Darby, Global Sales and Marketing Manager, Acoustics for Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics. "With his extensive experience both in product development and production management, Adam is a strong addition to the Green Glue team."

Prior to joining Acoustics, Burnett worked as Production Manager and in a Six Sigma Black Belt position at Saint-Gobain's Granville facility. Before that, he worked at Tyco International as a Mechanical Engineer and, later, Plant Engineer. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY and is currently pursing his MBA from the University of Albany.
