Designed and engineered for high capacity size reduction with low power consumption, the Nibbler handles capacities up to 20 tons per hour, cuts and grates with minimal fines generation, operates with low rotational speed that imparts little or no heat generation, and features a quick release basket assembly and large access doors for easy cleaning.
The Cone Mill handles capacities from 1 to 20,000 lbs. per hour provides gentle grinding action and close particle distribution with minimal fines generation, and features a unique, externally adjustable beater assembly to eliminate product contamination.
The Reductor is designed for coarse size reduction of blocks, lumps, and slabs up to 500 mm square with no restriction on height of the material, rotates slowly to reduce blocks to approximately 25 mm pieces, and features a quick release end door and side cleaning door(s) with safety switch.
