ROSSLYN, Va. — The National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) published ANSI/NEMA FB 1-2014 Fittings, Cast Metal Boxes, and Conduit Bodies for Conduit, Electrical Metallic Tubing, and Cable. This industry standard assists fittings manufacturers in complying with third-party test requirements and assures compatibility with mating components of the electrical system.
Last published in 2012, this standard was developed by the Conduit Fittings Section and is for manufacturers of conduit and cable fittings and cast metal boxes.Â
