ROSSLYN, Va.—The National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) published ANSI/NEMA WC 53/ICEA T-27-581-2016 Standard Test Methods for Extruded Dielectric Power, Control, Instrumentation, and Portable Cables for Test. This standard applies to the testing of extruded dielectric insulated power, control, instrumentation and portable cables.
Last revised in 2008, this standard is for cable manufacturers, installers, and other parties interested in insulated cable.
