Acquisition will Enable NC4 to Leverage E-SPONDER and Microsoft SharePoint Capabilities across the NC4 Situational Readiness Solution Suite
EL SEGUNDO, Calif., March 29, 2011 - NC4 Inc., the leader in Situational Readiness solutions, is proud to announce its agreement to purchase all of the assets of E-SPONDER, LLC including the E-SPONDER family of products. This acquisition will further NC4's ability to deliver complete readiness offerings to its global customers and revolutionizes how government and businesses collect, manage, share and disseminate information to mitigate risks, manage incidents, and securely communicate and collaborate with one another.
