Nanostream Unveils Customer Portal for Worldwide Install Base
Pasadena, CA - November 12, 2007 -- Nanostream, provider of products and services to increase productivity in laboratories at pharmaceutical and biotech companies, launches a portal for its customer base. Nanostream's micro parallel liquid chromatography (uPLC) products are installed in laboratories at biotech and pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
Nanostream's portal is designed to deliver real-time access to the latest product information and updates to all current customers. In addition, the portal will facilitate troubleshooting and give customers the capability to generate quotes for future purchase orders. Features of the site include a document library, an online catalog and FAQs.
