Mr. Todd Messick Appointed as CDS's New Senior Sales Account Manager - USA


Lachine, Quebec, July 31, 2009 - CDS Inc., Custom Downstream Systems Inc., is pleased to announce the nomination of Mr. Todd Messick as Senior Sales Account Manager - USA, effective as of August 3, 2009.

Mr. Messick graduated from the University of Northern Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. After working briefly in the financial services sector with the Chase Manhattan Bank, he began working with a manufacturer of downstream extrusion equipment as a Sales Engineer. A few years later, he continued his career with a large, U.S.-based auxiliary and downstream machinery manufacturer, acceding to the position of Regional Sales Manager. For the last 15 years, he's held several progressive management positions within that company. "I look forward to building new relationships with our partners and introducing the innovative extrusion solutions that CDS has to offer, such as the new medical line of extrusion machinery" expressed Mr. Messick.

Based in Bartlett, Illinois, he will be responsible for managing and growing downstream extrusion machinery and related services to accounts in the U.S. market. "Our customers will respect Todd's consultative approach to their business" stated Mr. Antonio Pecora, Vice-President of Sales and Business Development for CDS "His broad background in extrusion and long track record of implementing successful projects will provide added value to our strong U.S. customer base"
