Mr. Joe Dewhirst Receives 2012 Cold Spray Leadership Award
CenterLine (Windsor) Limited's Supersonic Spray Technologies Div. (SSTTM), is pleased to announce that Mr. Joe Dewhirst, of Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing, is the 2012 recipient of its Cold Spray Leadership Award. This annual award is in recognition of outstanding contributions made to the industrial development and application of Cold Spray technology.
The award was presented on October 31st to Mr. Dewhirst for his leadership in advancing the commercial usage of cold spray as an approved coating process at Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing. Mr. Dewhirst is a strong champion of cold spray and has been instrumental in the establishment of many cold spray process specifications.
