Moseley Associates, Inc. Acquires Assets of REMEC Broadband Wireless Holdings and REMEC Broadband Wireless LLC
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Moseley Associates, Inc. announced that it has completed an agreement to acquire the assets and intellectual property rights, as well as key employees, of REMEC Broadband Wireless Holdings (RBWH) and REMEC Broadband Wireless LLC. (RBH).
The RBWH-RBW business will be conducted through a new wholly owned Moseley subsidiary, REMEC Broadband Wireless Networks, LLC. The existing senior management of RBWH and RBW will join and play key roles in the leadership team of REMEC Broadband Wireless Networks, LLC.
