Moscow Metro Chooses Radwin's Train-To-Track Solution to Deliver Wi-Fi to Millions of Passengers

RADWIN's FiberinMotion™ wireless solution delivers 90 Mbps to passengers onboard trains
TEL AVIV, Israel –Â RADWIN (http://www.radwin.com), the global provider of broadband wireless solutions for trains and metros, today announced that the Moscow metro - one of the most heavily used transit systems in the world - has deployed RADWIN's FiberinMotion™ train-to-track wireless broadband solution. FiberinMotion enables Moscow metro to deliver 90 Mbps per train across distances of up to 900 meters. This throughput is used to provide broadband Wi-Fi and paid advertising content to passengers on board trains. Moscow metro consists of 12 lines and 180 stations and runs a total length of 300 km/200 miles, transporting approximately 7 million people each day.
