Miller Baking Company in Wisconsin has Installed New Gemini Bakery Equipment


Miller Baking Company in Wisconsin has installed new Gemini Bakery equipment to produce a full line of pretzel rolls and gourmet sandwich rolls.



Miller's Bakery began making the pretzel-flavored buns in 2007.



Gemini equipment installed included a new KB Systems indoor flour ingredient system, a CraftMaster roll makeup line and six (6) Gemini/Sveba Dahlen rack ovens to go along with an automated pretzel lye system with automatic scoring robots.

Gemini has also created strategic alliances with a number of key foreign and domestic manufacturers such as ABI Ltd. (Canada) and Sveba/Dahlen (Sweden).
