Michelle Fendrich Joins Bright Plastics as Quality Manager


Greensboro, NC – Bright Plastics, a custom injection molding company, has recruited Michelle Fendrich to its team as Quality Manager.



Joe Vest – Vice President of Engineering and Logistics for the company – said, “Michelle’s engineering background includes experience with manufacturers representing diverse industries.  Her expertise in product development, testing and production will be invaluable to Bright Plastics.”



Most recently with Goodyear Tire and Rubber in Danville, VA, Fendrich previously worked at Dresden Nuclear Power Plant in Morris, IL, as well as RF Micro Devices [Qorvo in Greensboro, NC.  Vest added, “As quality manager at Bright Plastics, Michelle is champion of performance and quality improvement.  She will evaluate procedures, introduce disciplines and add her own unique approach to strengthen our customer-focused culture.”



Ms. Fendrich has both a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.  Her specialized process knowledge and improvement training includes Design of Experiments and Six Sigma Statistical Process Control.  Michelle will ensure the company’s compliance with ISO regulations and other certification mandates.
