MEDecision Names Scott Paddock Executive Vice President, Client Solutions


Former General Electric Executive to Head Sales

Brings Extensive Corporate Experience and Discipline to Sales Forecasting and Strategy

WAYNE, Pa. - July 25, 2007 - MEDecision, Inc., a provider of software, services and clinical content to health care payers, today announced that it has named Scott Paddock executive vice president, client solutions.

Paddock will leverage over 15 years of corporate sales and marketing experience to direct and manage MEDecision's entire sales operation. His primary charge will be to optimize the focus, discipline and effectiveness of the company's sales process, forecasting and strategy. He will also work to enhance the incorporation of MEDecision's existing marketing and development strengths into its overall sales and customer relations efforts.

Paddock joins MEDecision after serving as senior vice president/general manager of the Applied Technologies Solutions Division of RWD Technologies, which provides software lifecycle management and e-learning solutions to the health care and life sciences industries, among others. Previously, he was vice president of operations and sales for Dendrite International following seven years in the health care and technology sectors of General Electric (GE) Corporation. Paddock's numerous roles at GE included: vice president of sales; director of global business development; director, vertical markets; mergers & acquisitions leader; and strategic sales leader.

A trained Six Sigma Black Belt and certified Green Belt, Paddock holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Franklin University of Ohio and B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from the State University of New York at Buffalo and Fredonia, respectively.
