McNichols Announces Several New Management Appointments


TAMPA, Florida - March 22: McNichols Company announces today the recent appointment of five new management positions across its North American service centers.

Michael Davidson has been named as Atlanta District Manager. Mike will oversee all sales and plant operations activities for the greater Atlanta area district, as well as its satellite distribution center in Charlotte. Prior to joining McNichols, Mike was the Southeast Regional Sales Manager for Thyssen Krupp Materials Copper and Brass sales division. He brings extensive sales management experience to his position with The Hole Team.

Joe Harner has been named as Operations Manager for McNichols flagship service center in Chicago. Joe will be responsible for all daily warehouse activities, including staff supervision, inventory control, on-time delivery of product and a full line of fabrication services and equipment. Before joining McNichols, Joe was the Operations Manager for Eklina Tool Company. Joe brings extensive knowledge of operations and fabrication to The Hole Team. He has a B.S. degree from Northeastern Illinois University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School in Chicago.

Gary Metz has been named as Los Angeles Operations Manager. The service center's daily warehouse activities, including staff supervision, inventory control, on-time delivery of product and fabrication services and equipment, will be overseen by Gary. He brings extensive knowledge of operations and fabrication to The Hole Team, which he cultivated in past positions with Varco Pruden Buildings, Maas-Hansen Steel and Chicago Metallic Corp. Gary has a B.A. degree in production and operations management from California State University at Los Angeles.

Maurice Roberts was appointed the Minneapolis Operations Manager. Maurice will manage daily warehouse activities such as staff supervision, inventory, product delivery, and a full line of fabrication services and equipment. Prior to joining McNichols, he was the Operations Manager for Pella Windows and Doors. Maurice brings extensive knowledge of operations and fabrication to The Hole Team. He is a retired Major with the U.S. Army and has a B.S. degree in industrial technology from Mississippi Valley State University.

Paul Neuman has been named Baltimore Operations Manager. Paul joins McNichols from Durrett Sheppard Steel where he was a plant manager and health and safety manager. He will manage all daily warehouse activities, including staff supervision, inventory control, delivery of product and a full line of fabrication services and equipment. Paul is currently completing his B.A. degree in operations management at the University of Maryland.
