Mazak North American Parts Center Extends Services


Florence, Kentucky, September 3, 2010 - Mazak Corporation continues to enhance customer service and support by extended the services of its North American Parts Center to better serve customers and streamline the parts-ordering process. The North American Parts Center now accepts credit cards, offers emergency part shipping, and provides longer part warranties.

For customer convenience, the Parts Center accepts credit card payments for parts orders, including orders placed through the Parts Center's website. Available after hours emergency part shipment service helps keep customer machines up and running, and for additional information visit parts.mazakcorp.com/parts/PartsPortal.nsf. Mazak-installed parts are now covered under warranty for six months, double the time period of the previously offered warranty.

Over $60 million of inventory, containing over 43,000 unique part numbers, ensures that Mazak achieves 97% same-day shipping on parts orders.
