Broad Industry Acceptance Solidifies Marvell's Technical and Market Leadership

SANTA CLARA, Calif., April 13 -- Marvell (NASDAQ:MRVL), the leader in storage, communications and consumer silicon solutions, today announced the Marvell® TopDog(TM) branded family of 802.11n IEEE draft-compliant products has been selected by D-Link for its Draft 802.11n product line. Marvell TopDog is the industry's first and fully compliant 802.11n IEEE draft compliant Wireless LAN (WLAN) solution. The volume deployment of Marvell based D-Link products this month represents the broad industry support for TopDog WLAN technology. By working closely with industry leading OEMs on 802.11n IEEE draft compliant products, Marvell is helping develop an ecosystem of interoperable WLAN devices.
