Maintech Resources Completes RTO Installation
Maintech Resources recently completed the installation of a RTO in the Los Angeles area for a manufacturing facility to meet the SCAQMD (South Coast Air Quality Management District) Regulations.
This Green project used state of the art air pollution control technology in order to treat the exhaust gas from a manufacturing facility, including hazardous air pollutants and volatile organic compounds.
Maintech Resources provided a turnkey solution that included multiple disciplines including hundreds of feet of stainless and carbon steel pipe, requiring a array of welding expertise including ARC, TIG and fuse welding.
In order to complete the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer system Maintech installed the necessary burners, blowers, fans, compressors, pumps, valves, foundations and supports to treat the factory’s exhaust to meet EPA standards.
The installation was completed on time and within budget with Maintech handling many phases of the installation including assisting in the construction permit process.
