Linde to Highlight Liquid CO2 Solutions at Ontario Craft Brewers Conference

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Oct. 7, 2016 -- Linde Canada Limited beverage gas experts will demonstrate the benefits of Linde SURESERVE™ and MAPAX® (food grade) gases and services at the Ontario Craft Brewers Conference Suppliers Marketplace to be held at the Allstream Centre in Toronto on October 13, 2016.
"The industry is evolving toward producing more craft beers, which are growing at a faster rate than all other alcoholic beverage segments," said Drew Sansom, Linde's Business Manager - Hospitality Gases and Equipment. "The new breweries with the associated increased production need a lot more carbon dioxide and nitrogen mixtures. Linde has the expertise as well as the products and services to help craft brewers keep pace in this fast growing market."
Linde experts will be on hand at the booth to discuss the benefits of Linde's array of SURESERVE and MAPAX food grade products and services that meet the demands of today's growing brewing operations:

 • MAPAX food-grade gases -- to meet rising consumer demands for quality, variety and freshness in the beverage industry
