LED Waves Partners with NAESCO to Maximize Energy Saving Impact

New York City based LED lighting supplier and manufacturer LED Waves is pleased to announce that they have partnered with the National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO) as an Associate Energy Service Affiliate Member. This alliance represents a continuation of the work LED Waves has done with the organization – both directly as a presenter at past events, as well as indirectly by supplying lights for other NAESCO members.

Fellow NAESCO members include Energy Service Companies (ESCOs), which are contracted by organizations to finance, design, and implement clean energy and energy efficiency upgrades. As a highly effective energy-saving technology, LED lighting plays an integral role in these services.

NAESCO’s mission is to encourage ESCO customers and public officials to prioritize efficiency as they make procurement and energy policy decisions. To this end, the association advocates with state, federal, and utility representatives for energy programs such as efficiency incentives; provides training and accreditation to ESCOs; and facilitates business partnerships for industrial retrofits and building projects in the MUSH (Municipal, University, Schools and Hospitals) sectors. NAESCO also provides their members with resources to help reach their energy saving goals.

As an Associate Energy Service Affiliate of NAESCO, LED Waves is proud to uphold the business integrity and best practices in energy saving projects that support the organization’s mission. Joining this group as an accredited vendor will also provide LED Waves with great opportunities to further the development and adoption of energy saving technologies, as well as to help meet the growing demand for lighting retrofits faced by ESCOs.

The 2016 NAESCO Conference will be held November 16-18 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Joel Slavis, owner and Chief Lighting Consultant of LED Waves, will be on site to greet fellow members and to position the company’s products and OEM services in context with ESCO projects.

LED Waves’ lighting supply and manufacturing operations have been continuously shaped by their work in support of their ESCO clients. However, clients representing every other side of the industry will also benefit from their NAESCO partnership as the company continues working with key energy leaders, and applies this experience towards improving and accelerating the adoption of LED technology. LED Waves has recently been certified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business in the State of New York.
