9th Annual Conference and Expo 'Best and Largest of its Kind' Kicks Off October 4th in Chicago -

This fall, HR.com will launch a comprehensive job board for HR professionals. HR Alloy will announce QMS 3.0, the latest version of its on-demand qualification management system for human resource professionals. This major upgrade extends the system's authoring platform and includes several entirely new modules: Project Manager, Competency Manager, Multi-rater Feedback reporting, and Coaching Manager. With this version, QMS becomes an integrated authoring platform for automating many previously separate and labor-intensive HR consulting practices.

HRSG will announce an upgrade to the performance management module of its i-SkillSuite software. New functionality includes the ability to customize performance management processes, set cascading corporate goals, create templates, attach weights to goals, set targets for specific goals, rate goals, and assign specific goals within a plan.

The Infohrm Group, a global provider of on-demand workforce analytics, will launch two new workforce analytic platforms: Infohrm Essentials and Infohrm Professional. The former provides an "out-of-the-box" starter kit for an organization beginning its analytics initiative, and the latter is a more comprehensive platform that provides a detailed view of an organization's entire human capital landscape across every HR function.

Kenexa will announce enhancements to its performance management product, Kenexa CareerTracker, which includes modules for goal management, performance management, pay-for-performance, career development, and succession planning. New features include a dashboard to effectively manage organization alignment and analyze performance data, dynamic and flexible OrgCharts with modeling capability, sophisticated reporting with metric displays and charts, and a new user interface based on goal-oriented design for streamlined user interaction.

LaserBeam Software will announce the release of LaserComp 3.1, enterprise compensation management software for executive compensation, salary planning, incentive and stock options. Web-based tools support manager self-service as well as a large range of options for the HR/compensation specialist. LaserComp 3.1 is designed to support current processes, be simple to use and intuitive. Information about LaserBeam's early adopter program will be available at the company's booth.

Lawson Software plans to announce Lawson Performance Management for Healthcare. The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product provides healthcare customers with a faster and simpler method for complying with reporting standards set by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). The Web-based system covers the entire performance management and reporting process for the healthcare vertical.

Lookout Services (http://www.lookoutservices.net/)

Lookout Services, a designated agent under the Department of Homeland Security Basic Pilot Program that pioneered automated Form I-9, will release a new platform to provide employers with computerized tools to qualify for the new "ICE IMAGE" certification. To meet the IMAGE requirement, this process will include automated I-9 audits and direct interfaces to the government databases that verify name and number matches for new hires.

MediaPro's OPTI-MATCH enables organizations to implement, manage, and measure the effectiveness of coaching and mentoring initiatives. Nakisa will introduce a next-generation organization charting, succession planning and workforce modeling application for enterprises entitled Nakisa OrgManagement Series 2007. Setting standards for HR data visualization, this solution features a highly intuitive user interface and presents dynamic views of real-time workforce data from ERP systems. Enhanced Microsoft Office interoperability, advanced Directory e-mail and workforce search also improve usability.

The Enterprise Knowledge Platform (EKP) is NetDimensions' learning management system, and available in Bronze, Silver and Gold suites. NetDimensions will announce that EKP Bronze - the SME version of EKP - will now be available as a hosted solution as well as in a licensed solution. The company is also announcing a new appliance named EKP Server Plus, a stand- alone server that ships ready to deliver, manage and track an e-learning program using NetDimensions' LMS, the Enterprise Knowledge Platform.

PDS, developers of Web-based HR and payroll systems, will announce the integration of Burning Glass Technologies' artificial intelligence and predictive matching technologies as part of its Vista HRMS to provide resume parsing capabilities as well as to offer add-on resume search and match features. This new offering will enable PDS Vista clients to reduce the time and expense of processing inbound resumes and matching candidates with open positions.
