LasX Industries Named one of the 50 Fastest Growing Private Companies in Minnesota

SAINT PAUL, MN, October 31, 2011 - LasX Industries, Inc., a leader in high performance laser digital converting equipment and services, was named the 25th fastest growing private company in Minnesota by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal. Unveiled at an awards reception on October 6, the Fast 50 is a compilation of the 50 fastest-growing private companies in the 13-county metro area based on three-year revenue growth.

With a three-year 79% growth rate, LasX landed on the Fast 50 due to continual development of innovative laser processing systems which serve a vast array of markets from commercial print and flexible packaging to medical and electronics. Relentless improvement of this technology has resulted in equipment sales and robust contract service production, despite the harsh economic climate.

President Bill Dinauer attributes the company's success to "providing quality customer service and hiring a team of highly motivated individuals who are dedicated to LasX's core mission." The continued mission of LasX is to focus the company's substantial laser experience toward select manufacturing services and markets who can rapidly realize the benefits of laser materials processing. LasX expects to make a number of new equipment and service announcements in the next two years.
