Lascar Data Loggers Are Back in Black

High-Quality Data Loggers starting at less than $100!

CHESTERLAND OH - As of this month, CAS DataLoggers and Lascar Electronics are beginning a conversion of all Lascar data loggers from the existing gray to a new black color. Customers will start to see the conversion over the next few months. Lascar data loggers provide a low-cost and user-friendly solution for stand-alone data recording of temperature, humidity, voltage, current and carbon monoxide. Their built-in USB interface makes it easy for anyone to connect to a PC for setup and downloading their critical data.

These low-cost solutions include the new EasyLog WiFi Temperature & Humidity Data Loggers which automatically communicate readings back to a PC using a Wi-Fi network, instantly registering alarm breaches on both the device and the PC screen. Users can rely on this hassle-free way to keep tabs on the surrounding temperature and humidity, monitoring temperatures from -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F) and configuring alarm capabilities. The convenient display gives the max/min temperature and RH readings, a low battery indicator, and the high/low alarms. Multiple sensors can be viewed simultaneously using the PC application with all devices viewable simultaneously on a host PC.

Lascar dataloggers are all supplied FREE with EasyLog USB control software. Easy to install and use, the control software runs under Windows 2000, XP, Vista & 7. The software is used to setup the data logger as well as download, graph and export data to Excel. EasyLog also allows the following parameters to be configured: logger name, logging rates, alarms, data rollover, and immediate, delayed and push-to-start logging.

Adding even more accessibility, Lascar's Handheld Data Collector allows users of Lascar's EL-USB data loggers to configure their units, download data and view logging results on-the-spot rather than removing the logger from the environment being measured and taking it to their PC. This allows continual logging with shorter breaks in data collection, less travel for the user, on-site data collection in graph, and the ability for users to reconfigure loggers in 'the field'.

OEM Packaged Voltage Data Loggers are also available, component-style data loggers measuring and storing up to 64,000 voltage readings over a 0 to 2.4V DC measurement range. These devices can be incorporated into new and existing products without the need to specifically develop a hardware and incorporated into new and existing products without the need to specifically develop a hardware and software platform. Users can easily set up the logging rate and start time, downloading the stored data by connecting the data logger to a PC's USB port and running the purpose-designed software. The data can then be graphed, printed and exported to other applications.
