Lantech Technology at West Pack February 9 - 11, 2010 in Booth # 4811 and #5229

January 2010 - Lantech's Q-300XT Simple Automation (Booth #4811 - Pak West Packaging Systems and #5229 KHL Engineered Packaging Solutions) along with exciting information on No-Film-Break technology stretch wrapping systems, Click n Go remote control system for stretch wrappers, proven case erecting machines, shrink packaging and case packing systems headline two booths at this year's West Pack. The machines on the floor will be available for demonstrations throughout the show and supported with economic rationale.

Stretch-Wrapping - Lantech's Q-300XT stretch wrapping machine improves operator friendliness with a larger load-placement window for its automatic film cut-and-clamp system. Designed to eliminate fork-driver dismounts, the patented XT film cut-and-clamp system features space-age composite parts and allows a generous 10-inch offset for most loads, while providing automatic attachment of the film to the load and cutting of the film upon completion of the wrap cycle. The fully guarded cut/clamp system flips up for easy cleaning. The new-design cut/clamp module is standard on all XT-equipped Lantech machines, and a retrofit kit for existing machines with the XT cut and clamp module will be available for select models.

From Simple Automation to the ultimate in automation, Lantech will have heads spinning with information on its range of technologies at the show. The No-Film-Break stretch-wrapper offers users the ability to reduce film use and achieve better containment. The Click-n-Go wireless remote control for stretch-wrappers raises the productivity of fork truck drivers. The RS-6000 Ring Straddle machine is the first machine capable of stretch wrapping up to 180 pallets per hour. Twenty seconds for a pallet, with 2.5 oz of film.

Case Erecting - Lantech's C-300 Case Erector (information available) shows off the unmatched jam resistance of the company's case erecting technology.

Shrink Packaging - Lantech's SW1000 shrink wrapper and ST700 shrink tunnel (information available) produces perfect bull's eyes, while convection-heated shrink tunnels reduce energy consumption and improve package quality.
