Kraton Performance Polymers, Inc. Announces Anticipated Timing for Acquisition of Arizona Chemical Company
HOUSTON - Kraton Performance Polymers, Inc. (NYSE: KRA) announced today that its current expectation is that it will consummate the previously announced acquisition of Arizona Chemical Company in early January 2016. The Company expects the financing in connection with the acquisition to be at a cost consistent with that previously announced and that it therefore will be at a cost consistent with that assumed in the Company's cash flow projections as presented when Kraton announced the transaction on September 28, 2015.
