Atlanta, GA - August 12, 2005 - Kor-Chem, Inc., the Atlanta based specialty chemical manufacturer, announced the acquisition of PneumaSeal(TM) products tire sealant business from Pennsylvania based corporation Pneumateck Industries, Inc. for an undisclosed amount of cash.
PneumaSeal, the original tire sealant, uses patented technology that is guaranteed to prevent flats for the life of the tire. PneumaSeal is currently distributed internationally to prevent flat tires in automobiles, ATV's, go-karts, golf carts, pick-up trucks, lawn mowers, tractors, boat trailers, construction vehicles, motorcycles and wheelbarrows. Kor-Chem, Inc. will now offer PneumaSeal and its companion products, along with its' complete automotive care line.
