(Florence, KY) After the successful acquisition of KMPT AG, headquartered in Vierkirchen, Germany, including its affiliates in the UK, Italy, France, China, and the USA by the ANDRITZ Group, we are pleased to announce that effective September 2010, KMPT USA, Inc. is now ANDRITZ KMPT Inc.

We will now join the Environment & Process division of ANDRITZ, strengthening its product offerings in separation technologies by bringing to the table over 80 years of experience manufacturing our line of Krauss-Maffei centrifuges, filters and dryers for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Please be assured that we will offer the same superior quality products and services including project management, engineering, product testing, new equipment sales as well as aftermarket support such as technical assistance, field service and equipment upgrades. In addition, we will continue to domestically stock spare parts based on customer needs, providing order shipment within 24 hours of order placement.
