Kitagawa-NorthTech, Inc. Strengthens Business Development Group and Customer Service


The start of 2013 has exhibited a growing trend in new business development and vital customer care such as repair, rebuild and installation services. In response to this increase, Kitagawa-NorthTech is proud to announce the additions of two Business Development Managers and Customer Service Specialist.



Ryan Van Matre and Yusuf Ali join the Kitagawa-NorthTech Business Development team. Van Matre will concentrate building relationships with OEM, Machine Dealers, Distributors and end users across the Mid-West region. Van Matre’s Business Development experience extends the mechanical and packaging industries; as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Illinois State University. Extending representation to Canada is Ali’s primary focus. Ali’s most recent experience was a Technical Sales Engineer within workholding and the aerospace and rail industries. Ali also holds a Tool and Die Makers license and earned a Bachelor’s degree from York University.



Kitagawa-NorthTech’s Customer Service team welcomes Mack Mochizuki as the newest Specialist concentrating on repair services, spare parts, steady rest sales and aftermarket support. During Mochizuki’s career path, he exhibited strengths in engineering, quality assurance and sales positions within technology, manufacturing and industrial organizations. Mochizuki earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
