Keystone Automatic Technology Acquired by Metalkraft Industries


EMPORIUM, PA – Locally owned Keystone Automatic Technology Inc. announced today that it has been acquired by Wellsboro PA based MetalKraft Industries Inc.



Officials from both companies proudly report that the newly formed Keystone Automatic Technologies Inc. will continue to support the local community by keeping all employees and manufacturing at the 1 South Maple Street location.



The acquisition will provide KAT with the financial strength and leadership required to expand on a strong industry presence and make future investments into processes and equipment which will better serve the combined customers base.

Mr. Al Barry and Dr. Charles Blumle were motivated to sell as a solid succession plan for the employees of KAT, and the Emporium community at large.
