Key Technology Appoints Richard van Densen as Product Marketing Manager


September 7, 2011 - Key Technology announces the appointment of Richard van Densen as Product Marketing Manager at Key Technology BV, the company's European operation. Van Densen is responsible for marketing all of Key's product lines, which includes world-class automated inspection, specialized conveying, and product preparation systems. His focus is the development of emerging opportunities in Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA).

"With his strong technical background and international marketing experience, Richard is perfectly qualified to plan and manage programs that support Key's growth strategy in the EMEIA region," noted Randy Unterseher, Senior Director of Marketing at Key Technology. We are increasingly working in emerging markets to help processors there improve their food safety and operating efficiencies to successfully compete in the global economy."

Van Densen brings 12 years of international business development experience to his position at Key. Most recently, he was Senior Manager Strategic Marketing at Anteryon BV (formerly the optics division of Philips Electronics). Previously, he was Director Sales & Marketing North America for LIMO Lissotschenko Microoptik GmbH. Van Densen holds a bachelor's degree in applied physics from Technische Hogeschool Rijswijk and an MBA from TiasNimbas Business School.
