Kaman Measuring Announces Appointment of Rick Williams as Business Development Manager
Skilled industrial and aerospace business professional to lead growth and expansion initiatives
Middletown, CT – The Measuring Division of Kaman Precision Products, Inc., the world leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance position measurement systems, announces the appointment of Rick Williams as Business Development Manager for the Measuring Division. Based at the Middletown, Connecticut, facility, Mr. Williams will be responsible for the west coast region of the United States, as well as Asia, Australia, New Zealand and western Canada.
Mr. Williams is an industrial and aerospace business leadership professional with an incredible breadth of skills in business development, sales management, and marketing. He has extensive project management experience with new product development, major programs management, and new customer onboarding. He also has product management and technical sales experience, with additional engineering and manufacturing expertise, including product design and application engineering.
Mr. Williams joins Kaman from a manufacturer of precision bearings, where he served as business development manager. He generated significant growth and managed a complete makeover of the company website, social media, and customer engagement channels. Mr. Williams participated in an Executive MBA program and holds a BS in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering.
