Jagemann Stamping Company Continues Growth of its Fineblanking Capability with Strategic Acquisition
MANITOWOC, Wis. – Jagemann Stamping Company, a leading manufacturer of deep drawn, progressive metal stampings and fineblanking announces today the acquisition of the assets of Fairfield, Ohio based Feinblanking LTD. This strategic acquisition positions Jagemann to further provide fineblanking and value added services to the industry and enhances Jagemann’s overall position in the fineblanking market.
“We are excited about this acquisition as it allows Jagemann to provide additional fineblanking and value added services,” said Tom Jagemann, Chief Executive Officer of Jagemann Stamping Company. Feinblanking LTD has remained focused on small precision components serving the electrical, hardware and other markets.
According to Ralph Hardt, President of Jagemann Stamping Company, “We are pleased to work with many new customers going forward and also demonstrate to them the portfolio of capabilities Jagemann provides.” In addition “Karl Keyes, the founder of Feinblanking LTD, possesses very solid tooling design and build experience that will allow Jagemann to serve a greater product and volume range, particularly volumes that were not possible due to traditional tooling costs. We are pleased that Karl will work with Jagemann going forward to implement this design and build concept and assist with Jagemann’s growth objectives in fineblanking.”
Jagemann has, for many years, focused on precision deep drawn applications. Jagemann processes many types of materials, both ferrous and non-ferrous. In 2010, Jagemann added fineblanking to its portfolio in an effort to further enhance Jagemann’s technical leadership and enable Jagemann to provide expanded services to customers.
