J.W. Winco Offers Nylon Plastic Adjustable Levers with Push Button, Threaded Stud Type, With Steel or Stainless Steel Components
NEW BERLIN, WI – J.W. Winco, Inc., a leading supplier of standard industrial machine components, announced it now offers WN 303 and WN 303.1 Nylon Plastic Adjustable Levers with Push Button, Threaded Stud Type, with either Steel or Stainless Steel Components.
Patented and made in the United States, the WN 300 adjustable hand levers with push button, which are also RoHS compliant, are the result of modern industrial design. All such levers have proven to be best wherever parts have to be clamped in a confined space or in a particular lever position.
The insert is connected to the hand lever via serrations that can easily be disengaged. Pulling the lever upward disengages the serrations, allowing it to be swiveled to the ideal clamping position. On releasing the lever, the serrations automatically re-engage. The nylon plastic levers have a maximum heat resistance of 150°C (230°F). In addition, special threads and stud lengths are available upon request.
The lever handle is glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic with a molded in metal insert and comes in black, orange, or gray. The push button is nylon plastic, available in black, orange, or gray, while the screw where the push button is mounted is made of stainless steel. The insert with threaded stud and spring is available in either steel, with a black oxide finish, or in stainless steel.
