It's Official: ETS-Lindgren Awarded ISO Certification!
Cedar Park, Texas - November 28, 2006 - ETS-Lindgren's Cedar Park facility received notice its management system is compliant to ISO 9001:2000 for "The Design, Manufacture, Calibration and Construction of Electromagnetic Compliance Equipment and Facilities."
ETS-Lindgren started this effort in late 2004 with full implementation in February 2006. Det Norske Veritas (DNV) conducted certification audits in June and August. Official approval was received on September 6, 2006.
Charles Garrison, ETS-Lindgren Quality Assurance Manager, credited the entire ETS-Lindgren Cedar Park team for the success of the ISO certification noting, "Our success was contingent upon personnel in all departments recognizing that our quality assurance principles and concepts should not be considered exclusive processes in our company, rather that they are a vital foundation of all of our processes. We do not have a 'Quality Management System' operated by the QA department. Instead, we have an "ETS-Lindgren Business System" operated by the entire organization."
With this certification, ETS-Lindgren fully expects that its time to market cycles will continue to improve, that the focus on the customer will continue to be the hallmark of its efforts, and that it will provide greater access to markets requiring this certification.
