iSIGN Media Partners with Hi-Tek Media to Launch The Omni Veil Digital Network
Toronto, March 21, 2019 (Globe Newswire) -- iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. (“iSIGN” or “Company”) (TSX-V: ISD) (OTC: ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile proximity marketing and public security alert solutions is pleased to announce the recent signing of a comprehensive four-year agreement commencing April 1, 2019 with Hi-Tek Media (“Hi-Tek”)(collectively the “Companies”), based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, expected to generate revenues in excess of $2 million US per year.
The agreement outlines the responsibilities of the Companies to each other; the territory granted to Hi-Tek on a non-exclusive basis; iSIGN’s products and services that Hi-Tek will be utilizing and selling and the responsibilities of the Companies to each other.
iSIGN’s technology and solutions, which have been the subject of on-going testing and review by Hi-Tek for the past few months, have been approved to power Hi-Tek’s recently announced Omni Veil Digital Network that will allow for targeted digital messaging and customer responses for Hi-Tek’s existing roster of advertising clients.
Hi-Tek, at the time of signing the agreement, delivered an initial purchase order for Smart Antennas and Security Alert Messaging (“SAM”) cloud-based technology. The Smart Antennas feature “SAM Lite” built-in and other enhancements that are specific to Hi-Tek’s requirements as SAM will be enhanced for proximity and wide-area messaging from any location. The purchase order calls for the delivery of 1,000 new version Smart Antenna units and the first 1,000 SAM subscriptions to be delivered from April 1 to December 31, 2019. The value on this initial order is expected to be $2 million US plus, with the initial shipment of Smart Antennas equipped with SAM Lite anticipated for the end of March/early April.
The selected combination of specially enhanced iSIGN technologies is iSIGN’s first partnership with an established marketing company dedicated to digital ad messaging. Omni Veil, powered by iSIGN technology and hardware, is the first of its kind and the Companies are committed and proud to be in this exclusive partnership.
It is expected that Omni Veil, from mobile installations in vehicle fleets and traditional installations in a variety of diverse locations, including but not limited to truck stops, casinos, schools, government buildings and agencies, will reach an audience that numbers in the multi-millions.
Hi-Tek counts many well-known national and international brands as existing advertising clients who are in the process of being introduced to the cost-effective Omni Veil ‘Business Intelligence’ data yielding digital network and who are expected to advertise on the network.
