Increased Chemical Processing Capacity Available to Distributors and Manufacturers
West Hartford, CT-- Rose Mill Company is extending its chemical and mineral filling and packaging capabilities with new equipment from All-Fill Incorporated of Exton, PA. "All-Fill and Auger-Fab have provided state-of-the-art stainless steel tooling and filling equipment that will allow Rose Mill to better serve their customers", states Matt Brennecke, Regional Sales Manager for Auger Fabrication, Inc. He notes that "Rose Mill has a wide range of tooling allowing them to fill and package a wide range of containers and products."
"It's a response to the market" according to Rose Mill CEO Jay Stolfi. “Demand from both chemical distributors and manufacturers for processed material is growing, particularly in smaller containers and pouches. The All-Fill equipment is fast and accurate, allowing us to increase our range of services as well as our capacity". The new filling line will add to Rose Mill’s filling capabilities, which range from greater than one ton bulk sacks to small pouches filled with a few grams.
This is first of two phases for Rose Mill’s 2017 master-plan to increase processing capacity. Phase two will focus on the milling and grinding of ultra-fine particles.
