IGEL Expands Operations to the United Kingdom
IGEL Technology continues to mark its global presence by announcing a significant presence based in Reading, UK. The new organization has an established team from the industry with more than 20 years of experience in the server based computing industry.
Simon Richards was named General Manager of IGEL Technology Ltd. Joining Mr. Richards are Andy Boyle, Enterprise Sales Manager, and Matthew Evans, PreSales Engineer.
"We are delighted with the challenge and opportunity represented by IGEL. The UK is the biggest thin client market in Europe and is particularly demanding with its complex enterprise and vertical market requirements. IGEL is known for its innovative and customizable solutions with strong customer oriented services and this is what customers are looking for." said Mr. Richards.
The new team will begin to build and attract channel partners by implementing the recently announced "GET IGEL" partner programme. This is one of the most comprehensive partner programs in the industry.
Mr Richards continues, "Channel partners need a real value added program to deliver customer specific solutions. "GET IGEL" gives them the ability to deliver service and support to customers quickly and profitably".
