IDEAL received the honor during the chamber's 92nd annual meeting, which was held on Jan. 25. Larry Forsberg, 2006 president of the Sycamore Chamber of Commerce Board, said IDEAL has played a valuable role in the community and has helped attract several other businesses to the Sycamore area.
"This business has literally helped shape our business community through the creation of the Sycamore Prairie Business Park," Forsberg said. "They developed this park for the benefit of the community and, in doing so, have attracted new businesses, have created new jobs and helped diversify and increase our real estate tax base."
