IDC System Improves Core Cutting Efficiency
The patented Instant Diameter Change (IDC) system can be retrofitted on most all makes of core cutters.
(Neenah, Wis.) - Appleton's patented Instant Diameter Change (IDC) mandrel system can be retrofitted to most any vintage of Appleton core cutter to provide quick changeover between different core diameters. The IDC system adapts to different core sizes by using interchangeable sleeves and cartridges with a quick-release design that requires no tools. This patented IDC system can accommodate core ID's from under 2 inches to in excess of 20 inches. The IDC system improves core cutting productivity while maintaining cut quality with perfectly aligned components after every change.
