ICCFA Show Draws Attention to Cemetery Vases
Theft of cemetery vases was a topic of great discussion at the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association yearly convention. Granger Plastics, the manufacturer of ForeverSafe products, exhibited at ICCFA show in Tampa, FL April 10-13. This was the company's debut at the show, touted as one of the largest in the industry. Granger released ForeverSafe Products, which includes a line of theft deterrent cemetery vases in September 2012 and is gaining great attention for it. The line was featured on Orlando's NBC station as a part of a story on rampant cemetery theft in the area.
ForeverSafe Products are rotationally molded from the highest quality polyethylene in colors designed to blend with metal and granite. Legislation about this growing crime has been sparse and largely ineffective. Patrons who are victim to the theft of a cemetery vase are usually left with the cost of replacement.
