I&J Fisnar Inc. claim that the JB1113-LF is the number one dispenser used throughout the world. The USA made JB1113-LF now conforms to RoHS requirements. High volume manufacturing passes on significant cost savings to I&J Fisnar Inc. clients placing the JB1113-LF liquid dispenser in a cost and performance class of its own.
Features include timed pulse shot and continuous mode operation. Regulated air output controls the air pressure to syringe or valve and the vacuum snuff-back feature helps prevent any dripping or post dispense ooze. The three variables of dispensing namely, air pressure, time and tip size are all provided in the JB1113-LF liquid dispenser kit.
The JB1113-LF simply interfaces to any I&J Fisnar robot and now its possible to take advantage of the cost savings available in upgrading the JB1113-LF by connecting it to a model I&J7900-LF desktop robot and automate any current manual dispense system.
