HydraForce Establishes LLC Corporation

HydraForce, the leading independent manufacturer of hydraulic cartridge valves, manifolds and electro-hydraulic controls, has established a new LLC corporation in India.

“We’ve had a sales office in India for many years, but the establishment of this LLC corporation will solidify and grow our presence in India,” explained Mark Wilson, HydraForce Sales Director.

HydraForce India LLC will be based in the Vatika Business Center in Pune, Maharashtra and will be operating under the Foreign Company Registration Number F04941. Maharashtra, located in the western region of India, is the nation’s third largest state and second most populous.

The new LLC corporation will support sales and engineering activities on behalf of all HydraForce facilities and systems developers in India. HydraForce also maintains business relationships with a Global System Integrator manufacturing partner in India – Dantal Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd. in Haryana and a fluid power distributor, ServoControls Hydraulics India Pvt. Ltd. in Karnataka.

“As India works to develop and strengthen its infrastructure – roads and highways, bridges, ports and airports  – demand for locally produced construction and agricultural equipment is expected to increase,” explained Wilson. “Our LLC corporation will support the rapidly advancing development of technology on off-highway equipment in India. It also will help HydraForce demonstrate a leadership position in our technology segment of electrohydraulic control systems,” he added.

HydraForce India LLC and Dantal Hydraulics will have a joint display at the Excon construction equipment and technology trade fair at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, November 25-29.

HydraForce designs and manufactures high performance hydraulic fluid power cartridge valves, custom manifolds and electro-hydraulic controls.  They have created thousands of custom control solutions for a variety of off-highway industries, encompassing farming, construction, marine, material handling, mining and forestry.  All five facilities will follow the same ISO 9001 standards to ensure global consistency in product quality. Since its founding, HydraForce continues to be a privately held company as it has grown to over 1000 employees, global manufacturing locations in North America, Europe and Asia, and a network of over 120 stocking distributors who can offer local support across the globe.
