Horlick Company Announces the Shipment of a 50 Hz to 60 Hz Frequency Conversion Motor-Generator Set to NCH Europe, a Division of NCH Corporation
The Horlick Company, a worldwide supplier of motor-generator sets and industrial control panels, announces the delivery of a frequency conversion motor-generator set to NCH Europe R&D labs in the United Kingdom. NCH Europe reviewed the descriptive literature and product data sheets on the Horlick website. This information, combined with the technical videos posted on the website, was enough to convince NCH Europe that the Horlick Company motor-generator set would meet their frequency conversion requirements.

The motor-generator set supplied to NCH Europe is a Model 60SC. Horlick 60SC Model motor-generator sets utilize a 4-pole, 1500 RPM, induction motor to drive a 4-pole, 1800 RPM, synchronous generator through a V-belt drive system. They are rated for continuous duty and they provide manufacturers a clean source of 60 Hz power isolated from switching transients, voltage fluctuations and power line noise.
