Honeywell Expands Customer Service Headquarters of Gas Detection Business in Lincolnshire, Illinois
Centralized location to offer additional technical and training services and logistics
Lincolnshire, October 3, 2007 - Honeywell (NYSE: HON) today announces that it has added new technical services and resources at the customer service headquarters of its Honeywell Analytics gas detection business in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
The additional technical, training and logistical operations at the site will allow Honeywell Analytics service teams to support United States customers in a more complete way as well as continue to support European and Asia-Pacific sister businesses, said Carl Johnson, Vice President/General Manager of Honeywell Analytics.
"The new, expanded Lincolnshire service center will allow us to create new opportunities for how our customers understand our portfolio and the technology available to them," said Johnson.
Honeywell Analytics' portfolio of gas detection solutions includes fixed and portable products to suit all types of applications and industries. Brands include Sieger, MDA Scientific, MST Technology, Lumidor, Vulcain and Manning. Technical services include product ordering and support, leasing and other contract programs, field and workshop service and maintenance, training and commissioning, and systems integration.
